Under Manage, tap Stock. Sales from the app and the bar till draw it down. Use whole numbers.
| Mode | Use it for |
|---|---|
| Starting | How many you're starting with. Items you leave empty don't change. |
| Delivery | How many more arrived. Set a starting number first. |
| Count left | How many are actually left. Any difference shows in the report. |
- At 0, an item goes sold out by itself. A delivery brings it back.
- Guests can't order more than is left in the app.
- Combos draw down the stock of the items in them.
- Stop counting an item you no longer want to track.
The stock report
On the dashboard, open a menu and go to Stock and what sold. It shows what's in stock, what sold, what should be left and any discrepancy. Click Download CSV to export it.
