Mark dishes sold out

1. Open the gear menu and tap Sold out.
2. Find the dish, size or add-on.
3. Turn its switch off.

Guests see it as sold out. It comes back on by itself the next day, unless you choose Sold out until I turn it back on.

On the dashboard, use Sold out today in the menu editor.
