Add products, sizes and options

Products are everything you sell, with photos and options. You add them to menus with a price. Find them under Manage, or on the Products tab on the dashboard.

Photos

• In the app: open the product. Press and hold the main photo to change it, and tap More photos to add up to 20 more.
• On your computer: on the Products tab, choose Edit next to a product. Change the main photo, and add or remove more photos.

Removing a product on the dashboard takes it off every menu it's on. Past orders and reviews keep its name. To add many products at once, use Import from a spreadsheet on the Products tab.

Sizes and options

• Variants are versions of the same item, like sizes or flavours.
• Option groups are choices guests make when they order, like a side, a sauce or extra toppings.

Add an option group

1. Edit the menu item and tap Add option group.
2. Add your own options (like Extra cheese) with a price change, or other items from the menu (like a side).
3. Set how many guests can pick. Turn on Required if they must choose before adding the item.
4. Save the item.
