Waste
On the Stock screen, tap Waste. Search for the item, give how much, and choose what happened: Spoiled, Expired, Dropped, Staff meal, Given away or Other (with a note). It works without signal. Wasted today lets you undo one on the same day.
On the dashboard, Waste lists everything by date, reason and item, with what it was worth.
Transfers (Stock plan)
- Tap Transfers, then Send. Choose the place in your organisation, the items and amounts, and add a note.
- At the other place, open Transfers, find it under Here and tap Receive. Enter what actually arrived.
Anything that didn't arrive is recorded as lost at the place that sent it. Cancel transfer puts everything back where it came from. Transfers need signal.
