Guests can report anything on Phuse. Reports are weighed: new accounts count for less, customers for more, and competitors not at all. When enough come in, the item is hidden from everyone else until a moderator looks.

| Under review | It was reported and is hidden from everyone else until Phuse has looked at it. |
| Left out of search | Your page and sales still work, but it's out of search and the feeds while Phuse looks. |
| Hidden | A moderator hid it. Fix what's wrong, then tap Ask for another look. |
| Removed | A moderator removed it for good. Only you and your team can see it. |
Phuse says why in a note to you. If it's cleared, it comes back as it was.
