The badge tells guests Phuse has checked you're a real business. It shows on your organisation's page and on every business you run.
- Open your organisation and tap Get verified.
- Add photos that show the business is yours: a business registration, a trade licence, or a bill in the business's name. Up to 5.
- Add anything that helps, like a registration number or who to call.
- Tap Send for review.
Only Phuse's team sees these photos. You'll be told when Phuse decides. You can Withdraw the request while it's waiting.
What if I'm declined?
Phuse tells you what's missing. You can ask again a week after the answer.
Does verification do anything else?
Yes. Reports from guests don't hide a verified business on their own; a moderator looks first. See When something is reported.
