You'll find the businesses you run under My businesses in settings. Open one, then tap the gear on its page.

It holds what you use every day, and Promote:

Manage
Tap Manage at the bottom of the gear menu for everything else, grouped into sections such as Service, Menu, Tickets (or Bookings), Food and drink, Business and Settings.
