Pick the smallest role that lets someone do their job. The team screen shows What each role can do.

Role	What they can do
Manager	Runs it day to day: settings, staff, reports and everything else except ownership.
Host	Reservations, the waitlist, seating guests and the floor.
Server	Tables, guests and their orders, and taking payment at the table.
Cashier	Orders and taking payment at the counter.
Kitchen	The orders board: accepting, preparing and marking orders ready, and marking items sold out.
Menu editor	Menus, products, prices and sold out.
Bookkeeper	Reports only.
Door staff	Scans tickets and passes at the door.
Door supervisor	Scans tickets and can undo a check-in made by mistake.
Guide	Runs sessions: checks people in and sees who's booked.
Ticketing	Tickets and passes, prices, discounts and sales reports.

Hosts, door supervisors and ticketing staff can also answer guests' messages.
