A whole organisation
Open the organisation and tap Hand over ownership. Pick someone on the organisation team. They'll own it and every business in it, and you keep a Manager role.
One business
From the business's Team, choose Offer ownership. It moves to their own organisation and you keep a Manager role on it. Branch and organisation roles from yours won't apply to it any more.
