Under Manage, tap Message settings.
- Reply hours: guests see when you're around. Outside these hours, the away message is sent instead.
- Away message: what guests get outside your reply hours.
- Automatic reply: sent when a guest writes and nobody on the team has replied in the last hour.
- Take new messages: turn off so nobody new can start a conversation. Ones already going carry on.
