After you place an order, its page shows each step. You'll get a notification as it moves along.
| Step | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Sent | Waiting for the restaurant to accept your order. |
| Accepted | The restaurant has your order. |
| Preparing | Your order is being prepared. |
| Ready | Ready to collect, or on its way to your table. |
| Served | Enjoy your meal! |
To find an order again, open the Cart tab and tap Your food orders.
It says Waiting for payment.
This restaurant asks for payment before it starts. Pay for your order and they'll begin.
The restaurant couldn't take my order.
It was declined. The order page shows the reason if the restaurant gave one.
