Tap Message on a business's page to ask them anything. Their team replies in the same conversation, in your Inbox.
For help with something you've booked, start from it, so they know what you mean:
- On a ticket: Message the organiser.
- On a booking: Message about this booking.
- On an order: Message about this order.
- On a reservation: Message about this reservation.
- Some businesses set reply hours. Outside them you'll see Away and when they reply from.
- You might get an Automatic reply first. Someone from the team will still answer.
