Set up tables and QR codes

Under Manage, tap Table setup. On your computer, use the Tables tab: add a numbered run of tables at once (like Table 1 to Table 20), rename them, change seats, set zones, switch tables off and combine them. QR codes are printed from the app.

• Add a table with a label (like Table 1) and how many people it seats.
• Zones are areas like Patio or Bar. Hold the handle to reorder them.
• Combine tables you push together for bigger parties. Reservations use them when no single table fits.

QR codes

Each table has a QR code. Open the table and tap Table QR code to print or Share link it. Guests scan it to order to that table.

In Ordering & tax, under Table QR codes, choose:

• Guests seat themselves: scanning a free table opens it for ordering.
• Staff open the table first: guests can only order once a server has seated them. Best for full service.
