Under Manage, tap Reservation settings. You need tables first; see Set up tables and QR codes.

| Confirm bookings automatically | A table is picked and the guest is confirmed straight away. |
| Review each booking | Bookings wait for you to accept them and pick a table. |
| Take bookings up to (days ahead) | How far ahead guests can book. |
| Notice needed (hours) | How soon before the time a guest can book. |
| How long a table is held | By party size. Phuse's standard lengths are used until you set your own. |
| Most guests per half hour | Stops the kitchen getting everyone at once. Staff can go over it. |
| Mark no-shows automatically | A confirmed booking that hasn't checked in by then becomes a no-show, and its table is free again. |
| Check-in opens (minutes before) | How early guests can check in. Blank: any time. |
Use Different rules on some days, for example to take Friday bookings only 3 days ahead, with 24 hours' notice.
