Handle orders on the kitchen board

Open the gear menu and tap Orders. New orders show up here as they come in.

1. Accept a new order, or Decline it with a reason (the guest sees it).
2. Tap Start preparing when the kitchen starts on it.
3. Tap Ready when it's done. The guest is told.
4. Tap Served or Collected when it's with the guest.

• An order marked Not paid yet. Don't start on it. is waiting for the guest to pay first.
• Pre-orders for later show under Later today.
• Staff can Cancel order until it's served, with a reason.
