- Go to Profile, open settings and tap Download my data.
- Tap Email me a copy.
We email you a link to a ZIP file, usually within a few minutes. The link works for 7 days. You can ask for one copy a day.
It includes your profile, tickets and bookings, orders, reservations, payments and refunds (without card details), reviews, messages you sent, plans, follows, saved places and settings, plus the photos you put up.
