If the organiser allows it, you can send a ticket to someone else. They need a Phuse account.
- Open the ticket from Bookings on your profile.
- Tap the send button at the top.
- Under Transfer Booking, enter their email address. You can add a Message.
- Tap Send Transfer.
- Your friend gets the ticket in their Inbox and accepts it. Until then, it's still yours.
The rules
- A ticket can change hands at most twice after it's bought. For example, you to a friend, and your friend on to one more person.
- Transfers close when doors open. If the event doesn't set a time for doors, they close an hour before the start.
- An offer that hasn't been accepted runs out when transfers close.
- Once your friend accepts, the ticket gets a new code. Your old QR code stops working.
- A ticket that's already been used can't be sent on.
It says This ticket cannot be transferred.
The organiser doesn't allow transfers for this ticket, or the rules above stop it. Message the organiser from your booking if you need help.
Can I take a transfer back?
Yes, while it's still waiting. In your Inbox, open Ticket transfers, find it under Sent Transfers and cancel it.
My friend doesn't have Phuse.
They need to get the app and sign in with the email you send it to.
Still stuck?
