Open the venue and tap Spaces and rates, then Add a space for each room or area people can book, or the whole venue.
- Setups: how many each setup holds (standing, seated, banquet, theatre and so on).
- Rates: hourly, daily, a package or a minimum spend.
- Setup and teardown: minutes kept free before and after each booking.
- Instant booking: guests book straight away at the hourly or daily rate. Otherwise they ask, and you send a quote.

Bookings and the calendar
- Bookings lists requests to answer, what's coming up, and past ones. Send a quote, confirm or decline.
- Guests can pay the deposit in the app; refunds follow your policy.
- Calendar shows events, bookings and time you've blocked. Use Block time to keep the space free.
- Put an event's date in a space (under Venue space on the date) so the calendar keeps the time and tickets don't outsell the room.
