Add a venue, and list your business at one

A venue is a place that holds other businesses or events: a plaza, a mall, a hotel, a market, an event space. Its page shows everything listed there.

Add a venue

1. In the app, go to your profile, tap + and choose New Venue. On the dashboard, click Add a venue.
2. Choose We run this place if one of your branches looks after it, or Add it if nobody manages it on Phuse yet.
3. Fill in the name, kind, where it is, contact details, amenities and opening hours, then tap Add venue.

List your business at a venue

Open your business's settings and tap Venue. Find the venue, add your shop or unit if you like, and tap List it here. A managed venue's team approves it first; you'll see Waiting for the venue to approve until then.

Looking after a venue

• Under Businesses here, Approve or Decline businesses that list themselves, or Remove one.
• Edit details, Photos, Analytics, and Give up this venue if you no longer run it.
• Run a place someone else added? On its page, tap Do you run this place? and tell us how we can check. Phuse checks every request, usually within a few days.
