Build a registration form

1. Under Manage, tap Registration form.
2. Tap Add a question and pick a type.
3. Mark it Required if people must answer it.
4. Use Preview to try it as a guest would; nothing is sent.
5. Tap Save draft while you work, then Publish.
6. Turn on Registration form in Admission and sign-ups.

Question types include Short answer, Paragraph, Email, Phone, Number, Dropdown, One choice, Several choices, Checkbox, Terms to accept, Date, Photo, and Heading or text.

Use Show only for some answers to ask a question only when an earlier one was answered a certain way.
