An activity runs in sessions. Each session has as many places as the Largest group.
When you create it
- How long it lasts (minutes), the Smallest group and Largest group, a Minimum age and Difficulty.
- First session starts, plus More start times that day, and whether it repeats. Leave the start empty to add sessions later.
- A Meeting point and How to find you, shown on the page, the booking confirmation and every ticket.
Day to day
Open the gear menu and tap Sessions. Add a one-off session, or open one to Move or change places, or Cancel session.
On your computer, the Sessions tab does the same. Add sessions can add the same time on several weeks at once, and Change moves a session or changes its places.
