The theatre has been undergoing restoration. Do not advertise general visitor admission or regular performances until reopening is officially confirmed.
Historic theatre on North Parade, Downtown Kingston, presented to the city by Colonel Charles Ward in 1912. The site has been central to Jamaican theatre and cultural history. KSAMC has documented an ongoing restoration project; current public access and reopening arrangements have not been confirmed.
